  • Design, launch, and manage learning and process improvement products ‘’programs’’ :
  • Design learning & development experiences, Not Just Programs: Become a trusted partner to business leaders and employees.

    You'll dig deep to understand their real needs and design targeted products—like manager development or a performance management enhancement product—that people actually want to use.

  • Own the show from Start to Finish: You’ll design, launch and project manage different products programs’’, taking them from a bright idea on a whiteboard to a fully-realized experience that delivers results.

  • Be a Coach and a Guide: Provide insightful one-on-one coaching to leaders, helping them unlock their potential and lead their teams more effectively.

  • Measure What Matters: Constantly assess program effectiveness with a data-first mindset, ensuring we’re not just busy, but making a measurable impact.

  • Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in talent development, learning & development, or a related role where you've been designing and delivering programs that made a measurable difference.

  • Agility: You thrive in a dynamic setting where the playbook is still being written.

    You're a pro at navigating ambiguity, juggling competing priorities, and pivoting seamlessly as goals evolve.

  • User-Centric Design: You’re passionate about getting to the heart of what users need.

    You use tools like design thinking and journey mapping to create intuitive and genuinely engaging experiences that feel less like training and more like a gift.

  • Learning Design & Delivery: You know how to make learning stick.

    You apply science-based approaches to create learner-centric programs and can command a room with strong facilitation and coaching skills.

  • Data-Driven & Business-Minded: You connect everything you do directly to business outcomes.

    You're savvy about using data to measure what matters, report on real-world impact, and make your programs even better next time.

  • Exceptional Stakeholder Management: You’re a master of influencing without authority.

    You excel at partnering with leaders and users to diagnose needs, co-create solutions, and ensure everything we build aligns with our biggest strategic goals.
